I am a curious person and really do like to create safe space and listen to people’s stories. I find it incredibly healing.

Hey there and welcome! I’m so jazzed you’re joining me on this journey. A bit about me: first and foremost, I AM LISTENER. I totally dig people’s stories. I ask questions, am insatiably curious, and enjoy creating safe space for Storyteller to breathe out the tale that is theirs alone. What a trip!

As well, I AM STORYTELLER. Weaving the threads of all my days, I eagerly anticipate the creating of a most beautiful tapestry called My Life… and enjoy sharing with all who would care to join me on the journey.

I created EnergieGal Podcast to showcase our stories. Because stories heal us all. And bring us all together as One.

It’s important that we share our experiences with other people. Your story will heal you and your story will heal somebody else. When you tell your story, you free yourself and and give other people permission to acknowledge their own story.
